Running hosting company support is critical. You need to decrease number of replies for customers to get problems solved.

  • Version of software they are running
  • Upload necessary files

    I have to agree with you.

    Hostbill is improving greatly each version but I feel it is not solid enough for our company.

    This is a software to watch out for in the coming months/years.
